Local access
Before making the Video Call
| Ensure that the shutter on top of the LCD is opened. |
To receive call on videophone
| Pick up the handset or | | Press speaker button for hand-free mode |
To make outgoing Call
| Key in the phone number of the video phone | | Press Video or Voice accordingly | | When the call is connected, the images of both parties will appear after several seconds |
Travelling Overseas
1. | After you have signed up for Video Call, bring the videophone and the modem or router with you to overseas. | 2. | While overseas, connect the videophone and modem to any broadband access point to establish broadband connection. | 3. | Input your SingTel Fixed Line telephone number into the videophone and you are ready to enjoy video calls. | 4. | You can make a video call to and receive video call from anyone back in Singapore. And you can voice calls to any Singapore registered Fixed Line or mobile number at Singapore local fixed line call rates. |
Note :
1. | A roaming SingTel Mobile cannot make a video call to a Singapore registered Fixed Line Video Phone. | 2. | Video Calls from the Video Phone can be made to any SingTel registered Video Call on Fixed line, Video Call on BroadBand and SingTel Mobile 3G phones only. It is not available to other operators. |
