With Voicemail Lite / Telemail, you'll never miss a message again. Callers can leave messages when you are unavailable to answer your phone. You can be alerted on your telephone or pager when there is a message in your Voicemail Lite / Telemail.
Voicemail Lite / Telemail offer a phone answering service with only basic and easy to use features. It is simple for you as well as your callers. It is designed for users who prefer no frills yet an efficient phone answering service.
In addition to the message deposit and retrieval features, Voicemail Lite / Telemail also allow you to return calls to the sender. You can choose to change your greeting at any time for a more personal touch to your callers.
Voicemail Lite will only be available for single residential lines. It is not available for Business line, PhoneNet lines, hunting lines, ISDN lines, DID, DDI and Coinafon.

- Message Alert
Be alerted when new message(s) arrive in your mailbox. You can do a fast check on whether you have new message(s) in your mailbox. Just pick up the phone. Upon hearing the 'Stutter' Dial Tone, you know you have new messages awaiting you. - Message Retrieval
Check message(s) anytime, anywhere, even using public phones, both locally and overseas. - Call Return
Now with the new Call Return feature, you can call back the caller at the touch of a button. - Personalised Greeting
Record your own personal greeting message or use the standard system greeting VoiceMail Lite / Telemail provides. You may choose to change it anytime you like. - Message Storage
Have your mailbox store up to 10 messages of 2 minutes each. There is a message retention period of 14 days. - Message Retention Period
• Unread message(s) will be kept for 14 days from the date of deposit.
• Saved message(s) will be kept for 14 days from the date saving is done.
After which the message(s) will be deleted automatically.
