1. Why should I login?
If you are a SingTel Mobile customer, simply login via your SingTel Mobile number to apply for mobile services online or to personalize the e-newsletter you would like to receive according to your preference. You can also enjoy direct access to Red Rewards website to redeem your points if you are a Red Rewards member.
If you are not a SingTel Mobile customer, you are also welcome to login via your email address to personalize the e-newsletter you would like to receive.

2. How do I sign up?
You can sign up by completing “My Profile” page where you will need to provide your email address and SingTel Mobile number (if you have one). Upon submission, you will be directed to your personal page where you can change your profile, preference or password.

A pre-generated password will be sent to your email account for future login. For security purpose, you are encouraged to change to a password of your choice immediately. Please note that your new password must contain minimum 6 characters.

3. What should I do if I forget my password?
You can click on the “Forget Password” link found at our homepage. Simply fill in your SingTel Mobile number or email address and we will send your password to your email account.

4. Can I change my password?
Yes, you can change your password anytime. Simply login with your SingTel Mobile number or email address, and click on the “Change Password” link. Please note that your new password must contain minimum 6 characters.

5. Can I change my profile and choose what I wish to receive from SingTel?
Yes, you can change your profile and preference anytime. Simply login with your SingTel Mobile number or email address, and click on the “Change My Profile” or “Change My Preference” links.

6. Are there any charges when I sign up with SingTel.com or subscribe to the e-newsletter?
No, sign up at SingTel.com and subscription for our e-newsletter is FREE.
