Eligibility
Your eligibility to purchase a new mobile phone at the promotional price (with 2 years contract) depends on your existing price plan and the date of your last upgrade.
If you are currently on the i-plans, you will be eligible for mobile phone upgrade only after 12 months from your last upgrade date or the date you had signed up with us (if you have not done any mobile phone upgrade previously).
For all other plans, you will be eligible for mobile phone upgrade only after 12 months from your last upgrade date or date you had signed up with us. (If you have not done any mobile phone upgrade previously). Customers who are not eligible for mobile phone upgrade at the promotional prices can purchase at the recommended retail price without any binding contract.
