How to Apply
Charges
For normal removal, $30 ($32.10 with 7% GST)
For applicants with a SingNet BroadBand service tied to their telephone line, $30 + $60 ($96.30 with 7% GST)
For applicants who has other ISP Broadband services tied to their telephone lines e.g. Pacific Net, Cyber net etc, $30 ($32.10 with 7% GST) plus other ISP's broadband removal charges which may differ from SingTel's broadband removal charges.
Upon removal, if there is a need for Internal Wiring (for first 50 metres), the charges are as follows:
Normal $70 ($74.90 with 7% GST)
Express $105 ($112.35 with 7% GST)
Super Express $140 ($149.80 with 7% GST)

Number Change Announcement Service
If your new location is served by a different telephone exchange from your old location, your new telephone number will be changed. To inform your business associates of your new number, you can apply for the Number Change Announcement service. The charges are as follows:
$20 ($21.40 with 7% GST) Connection fee
$20 ($21.40 with 7% GST) for 1st 60 days
$20 ($21.40 with 7% GST) for subsequent 30 days
Number Retention Service
Alternatively you can also apply for the Number Retention service which allows customers to retain your original phone numbers when your existing line is relocated to a new location served by another telephone exchange. The charges are as follows:
Re-directed Fax
If your new location is served by a different telephone exchange from your old location, your new telephone number will be changed. Re-directed fax enables overseas and local senders to continue faxing messages to old fax number and to be redirected to the new fax number. The charges are as follows:
Important Notes
Customers will have to notify their respective Internet Service Provider (ISP) of the change if there is Internet service tied to the telephone line.
Telephone Line (or Direct Exchange Line, DEL) with Broadband service will require 5 working days for Removal.
