    Eligibility for existing 3+9 / 6+6 / $0 sub/ special price plan customers
    If you are on any of these special price plans, you can still opt to change to another price plan. However all benefits from the special promotion will be forfeited. There will also be no refund of subscription. In addition, you will not be able to subscribe to the special promotion again, if you decide to switch back to the original price plan subsequently. For customers with equipment contract, the downgrade penalty terms and conditions apply.


    Charges
    The admin fee of $21.40 (inclusive 7% GST with effect from 1 July 2007) will be waived during this promotional period. In addition, an equipment downgrade penalty may also apply.  


    Other Terms
    Tenure Loyalty
    For any movement into a different family of price plans, the tenure loyalty will not be reset. Click for some illustration.

    Downgrade Penalty
    Based on the list prices of the plans, the price plans are ranked accordingly. Any downward movement from one plan to another may result in equipment downgrade penalties of either

  • $450 ($481.50 with 7% GST) for  2-year plan; or
  • $150 ($160.50 with 7% GST) for 1-year plan, as stipulated in the original contract.

    Note: 7% GST with take effect from 1 July 2007.
