How to Apply
You may visit  -

  • any of our SingTel Mobile Authorized Dealers

    Singapore Citizens / Permanent Residents
     
    Eligibility
    1. Applicants must be at least 7 years of age.

    2. Applicants aged between 7 - 20 years of age:
  • are allowed to subscribe to only 1 line under their name and NRIC number.
  • require a Sponsor, who must be above 21 years of age and Singaporean, Permanent Resident or Employment Pass Holder with minimum 6 months validity.

    3. Applicants aged between 18 - 21 years of age:
  • are allowed to subscribe to only 1 line under their name and NRIC number.
  • are provided with services with local usage only.

    4. Applicants above the age of 21 years of age:
  • are allowed to subscribe up to 4 lines under their names and NRIC number.

    Documents to bring
    1. Original NRIC OR
    2. Passport and police report (if NRIC if lost).

    Foreigners

    Eligibility
    1. Applicants must be at least 7 years of age.

    2. Applicants aged between 7 - 20 years of age:
  • are allowed to subscribe to only 1 line under their name.
  • require a Sponsor, who must be above 21 years of age and Singaporean, Permanent Resident or Employment Pass Holder with minimum 6 months validity.

    3. Applicants aged between 18 - 21 years of age:
  • are allowed to subscribe to only 1 line under their name.
  • are provided with services with local usage only.

    4. Applicants above the age of 21 years of age:
  • are allowed to subscribe to only 4 lines under their names.

    5. Employment Pass Holder & Work Permit Holders must have a validity period of:
  • 6 months, to be eligible for 1 year equipment plan.
  • 12 months, to be eligible for 2 year equipment plan.

    Documents to bring
    1. Employment Pass Holders:
  • Original Passport with validity of more than 6 months OR
  • Employment Pass.

    2. Work Permit Holders
  • Original Passport with validity of more than 6 months

    Deposit
    A minimum deposit of $200 per line is required for Foreigners with
  • Work Permit
  • Social Pass
  • Student Pass
  • Dependent Pass
