1. Definition
What is the Expat Mobile Price Plans about?
A) 1-year mobile price plan with equipment contract Customers can sign up iOne Plus, iTwo Value or iTwo Plus at national promotional rates with 1-year equipment contract. Additional handset top-up amount is applicable as per below table.
B) EZIPACK Price Plans EZIPACK is a Mobile + DataSIM price plan with 1-year equipment contract. Customers can enjoy the following exclusive benefits when they sign up any of the EZIPACK price plans:
- Global SMS (Free for 12 months, for new lines only)
- Top up $5.35/month to enjoy free Unlimited v019 Calls to 20 Destinations
- 30 days free trial of IDEAS Pack (Choose from IDEAS News, IDEAS Music or IDEAS Connect)
C) Additional handset top-up amounts applicable for 12-mth contract terms (mobile and EZIPACK Plans) are as per the below table:

2. Eligibility
Who can sign up for mobile and EZIPACK plans with 12-month contract terms?
Mobile and EZIPACK Plans with 12-month contract terms are applicable to non-Singaporeans with a valid foreign identification number (FIN).

3. Sign Up
Where can I sign up for the 12-month Mobile or Broadband on Mobile packages?
You can sign up at any SingTel Retail Store or selected SingTel Exclusive Retailer. Please refer to the top right of page ("Locate Us") for store listings.
What are the documents required at point of signup?

Do I have to pay for SIM Card and Registration Fee?
Yes, a one-time registration fee of $10.70 and SIM card charge of $32.10 apply to new subscribers. Note: For EZIPACK Plans, the DataSIM Activation Fee of $26.75 is chargeable too.

I am on Work Permit or Dependent Pass, can I enjoy the offer?
Yes. However, you need to pay a deposit of $300 to $800 per line as per our current business policy.

Sorry, currently our Expat Mobile Price Plans do not come with Youth benefits.

Am I allowed to terminate my mobile line anytime? Is there any penalty?
12-month mobile price plan with equipment contract:
a) If you terminate the mobile line within 1st 3 months, you are liable for:
Pre-mature termination charge, i.e. No. of Unused Calendar Days x List Price/30 + $321.00 Equipment Contract Penalty.
b) If you terminate the mobile line after 3 months and less than 12 months, you are liable for $321.00 Equipment Contract Penalty
c) If you terminate the mobile line after 12 months, you are not liable for any penalty.
EZIPACK Price Plans:
a) If you terminate the mobile line within 1st 3 months, you are liable for:
Pre-mature termination charge, i.e. No. of Unused Calendar Days x List Price/30 + $321.00 Equipment Contract Penalty.
b) If you terminate the BBoM DataSIM (1000/2000/4000) within 1st 3 months, you are liable for: Pre-mature termination charge, i.e. No. of Unused Calendar Days x List Price/30 + $321.00 Equipment Contract Penalty.
Note: Both the above penalties will apply if you terminate EZIPACK within 1st 3 months.
c) If you terminate the mobile line after 3 months and less than 12 months, you are liable for $321.00 Equipment Contract Penalty.
d)If you terminate the BBoM DataSIM (1000/2000/4000) after 3 months and less than 12 months, you are liable for $321.00 Equipment Contract Penalty
Note: Both the above penalties will apply if you terminate EZIPACK after 3 months and less than 12 months.
e) If you terminate the mobile line and/or BBoM DataSIM (1000/2000/4000) after 12 months, you are not liable for any penalty.

In a Transfer of Line case AFTER customer (transferor) has accepted the offer, what will the transferee be eligible for?
As Transferor has redeemed the mobile phone at a discounted price, the Transferee will inherit the balance contractual tie-in period of the 12-month equipment contract (current Equipment and Price Plan Downgrade T&Cs apply).
This policy applies to BBoM DataSIM plans in EZIPACK too.

During the contractual period, what if I change price plan/put my line on TOS?
a) Price Plan Downgrade penalty of $321.00 will apply if customer changes to a lower tier price plan or put his line on TOS.
b) Customer is allowed to change to a higher tier price plan. This does not trigger penalty.
c) Current SOP for change of plan applies.
This policy applies to BBoM DataSIM plans in EZIPACK too.

I have a M1/StarHub mobile line. How can I go about to retain the existing number when subscribing to a new SingTel Mobile line?
With full mobile number portability, you can retain your number by porting your existing mobile number to SingTel Mobile. When you sign up for a new mobile line with us, we will apply for your M1/StarHub mobile number to be port-in to your new SingTel Mobile line.
