What is this RedPAC Supplementary Plan about?

RedPAC Supplementary Plan is applicable to any subscriber who is 5 years or older. Each Main Line is allowed to sign up to 3 RedPAC Supplementary Plans.

This supplementary plan comes with free 150 local SMS and free calls* between the Main Line and RedPAC Supplementary Plan. Promotional price of $8.56 per month is only valid for the first 12 months. Usual price of $10.70 per month will apply thereafter.

Important notes:

  1. RedPAC Supplementary Plan is for new line connections only, and is not applicable for recontracting customers.
  2. No equipment upgrade or bill rebate is allowed, unless otherwise stated.
  3. Minimum subscription is for 12 months.
  4. The local Talktime/SMS bundle will be shared between the Main Line and the RedPAC Supplementary Plan. Unused Talktime/SMS cannot be carried forward to the following month. Charges will apply when usage exceeds the Main Line’s free bundle and will be charged to the Main Line’s bill.
  5. The free calls* are applicable for local numbers and are to be used for personal and non-commercial purpose only. Any abuse will entitle SingTel Mobile to revoke the RedPAC Supplementary Plan and auto-convert the plan to an iOne Plus Plan at national promotional rates.
  6. RedPAC Supplementary Plan will enjoy Free Incoming Calls if the Main Line is a Free Incoming Calls Plan.
  7. The free calls* (worth up to $160.50 per month) between the Main Line and RedPAC Supplementary Plan is based on local call charges of the Main Line's subscription plan.

* For iPlan subscribers: Enjoy up to 1,000 mins per month.
* For Classic subscribers: Enjoy up to 750 mins per month (peak hours) and up to 1,500 mins per month (off-peak hours).
* For Premium700/1500 subscribers: Enjoy 1,250 mins per month and up to 1,500 mins per month (off-peak hours).

Who is eligible to sign-up for RedPAC Supplementary Plan?

NEW and EXISTING customers of iOne Value, iOne SuperValue, iOne Plus, iTwo Value, iTwo Plus, Classic, iThree Plus, Premium700, Premium1500 or mio Plan are eligible to sign up for RedPAC Supplementary Plan.

Only BRN-registered customers are not eligible to sign up for RedPAC Supplementary Plan.

Do I have to pay for the SIM Card and one-time registration fee for a RedPAC Supplementary Plan?

Yes, you have to pay $32.10 (incl. GST) for the SIM Card and a one-time registration fee of $10.70 (incl. GST).

What are the documents required for verification at point of registration?

Subscriber of the Main Line will need to bring his/her Identification Card, while subscriber of RedPAC Supplementary Plan will need to bring:

  1. Identification Card
  2. Birth Certificate
  3. Valid Student Pass where relevant.

My family member has an existing mobile plan can I convert his/her plan to a RedPAC Supplementary Plan?

No, existing customers are not allowed to change their current plan to a RedPAC Supplementary Plan. However, if the existing plan has already ended its contract, you can choose to convert it into a RedPAC Supplementary Plan.

The $100 charge for number retention will be waived in such cases.

(Note: If the existing line is still within contract, you will be liable for an equipment penalty of $350 if the line is terminated.)

Can I purchase a handset at a subsidized price under my RedPAC Supplementary Plan?

No handset purchase at subsidized price is allowed for RedPAC Supplementary Plan subscribers. However, you can choose to purchase handsets that are dedicated for RedPAC Supplementary Plan subscribers. (available at all hello! Stores & SingTel Exclusive Retailers)

There will be no equipment contract for RedPAC Supplementary Plan subscribers who opt to purchase these dedicated handsets.

Can I apply for value-added services, e.g. Caller-ID, for my RedPAC Supplementary Plan?

Yes. You can apply for chargeable value-added services. The registration fee and monthly subscription fee of the value-added services will be billed to your RedPAC Supplementary Plan.

I wish to change my existing mobile plan (Main Line) to a non-eligible mobile plan (e.g. Business Registration Number). Can my RedPAC Supplementary Plan continue?

No. If you change to a non-eligible mobile plan, the RedPAC Supplementary Plan will cease and auto-convert to an iOne Plus Plan at national promotional rates.
No penalty charge will be imposed.

If I were to change my existing mobile plan (Main Line) to another eligible mobile plan (i.e.: iOne SuperValue, iOne Plus, iTwo Value, iTwo Plus, iThree Plus, Classic, Premium500, Premium700 or mio Plan). Can my RedPAC Supplementary Plan continue?

Yes. You can continue on with your RedPAC Supplementary Plan.

What happens if I transfer my existing mobile plan (Main Line) to someone else?

The RedPAC Supplementary Plan will cease and auto-convert to an iOne Plus Plan at national promotional rates.

Will there be a penalty charge for the remaining months of my RedPAC Supplementary Plan contract if I transfer my existing mobile plan (Main Line) to someone else?

No. There will not be any penalty charges.

Can I transfer my RedPAC Supplementary Plan to someone else?

RedPAC Supplementary Plan is non-transferable to other subscribers.

Can I continue on with my RedPAC Supplementary Plan after I reconnect from temporary suspension of service (@ $5)?

No. Your RedPAC Supplementary Plan will cease and auto-convert to an iOne Plus Plan at national promotional rates.

Will I incur a penalty charge if I terminate my RedPAC Supplementary Plan?

There is a contractual period of 12 months. Pre-mature termination will apply accordingly based on the table below:
RedPAC Penalty: $10.70 (list price) x balance number of months unfulfilled.

If I terminate my Main Line, can my RedPAC Supplementary Plan continue?

No. The RedPAC Supplementary Plan will cease and auto-convert to an iOne Plus Plan at national promotional rates. Please note that the RedPAC penalty will be imposed on the RedPAC Supplementary Plan if it is within the 12-month contractual period.

Will I receive a separate bill for my RedPAC Supplementary Plan?

Yes, you will receive a separate bill. The local calls and SMS charges (i.e.: free 150 local SMS & free calls* between the Main Line and RedPAC Supplementary Plan) will be reflected on the Main Line's bill.
