1.  For existing mio Mobile service users, select Option 3 to set up your mobile phone for using mio Mobile service at home and other non-SingTel hotspots.

2.  Key in your SingTel mio Mobile password (between 6-8 characters, only numbers 0-9 accepted) and the AP name (SSID) for your modem / access point.

3.  To proceed with the download of configuration settings, select “Proceed”. To reset or change your password, call 6333 6622.

4.  For open access points without WEP key security, please select “Proceed” to continue with the download of configuration settings.

5.  After selecting to proceed with the download of configuration settings for home or other non-SingTel hotspots, a confirmation page will appear.

6.  Select “Exit” from “Options” to end the WAP session.

7.  The configuration settings to set up your mobile phone for Home or other non-SingTel hotspots will be sent to your phone. Select “Save” from “Options” to start using mio Mobile service at home or at other access points.

8.  For access points with WEP key security, please select “here” to key in the WEP key.

9.  When you are prompted for the WEP key, please enter the WEP key of your modem/access point in 64-bit hexadecimal format. Please click here to see how to obtain your default WEP key of your 2Wire modems. To proceed with the download of configuration settings, select “Proceed”.

10.  After selecting to proceed with the download of configuration settings for home or other non-SingTel hotspots, a confirmation page will appear.

11.  Select “Exit” from “Options” to end the WAP session. The configuration settings to set up your mobile phone for home or other non-SingTel hotspots will be sent to your phone. Select “Save” from “Options” to start using mio Mobile service at home or at other access points.
