mio Mobile settings for home and other non-SingTel hotspots
![]() | 1. For existing mio Mobile service users, select Option 3 to set up your mobile phone for using mio Mobile service at home and other non-SingTel hotspots. |
![]() | 2. Key in your SingTel mio Mobile password (between 6-8 characters, only numbers 0-9 accepted) and the AP name (SSID) for your modem / access point. |
![]() | 3. To proceed with the download of configuration settings, select “Proceed”. To reset or change your password, call 6333 6622. |
For mio Mobile settings without WEP key, please proceed to Step 4. For WEP key settings, please proceed to Step 8 instead. | |

![]() | 9. When you are prompted for the WEP key, please enter the WEP key of your modem/access point in 64-bit hexadecimal format. Please click here to see how to obtain your default WEP key of your 2Wire modems. To proceed with the download of configuration settings, select “Proceed”. |
