1.  Dial VoIP (8647) to initiate the sign-up.

2.  You will receive a service message with a link to the sign-up page. Select the link to proceed with the sign-up.

3.  If you are prompted to select the access point, please select “IDEAS WAP” to access the sign-up page.

4.  To sign-up for mio Mobile service, please select Option 1.

5.  To accept the charges for mio Mobile service and continue with the sign-up, select “OK to Proceed”.

6.  To accept the Terms and Conditions for mio Mobile service and continue with the sign-up, select “YES”. Click on the link “Terms and Conditions” if you want to view the Terms and Conditions for mio Mobile.

7.  After accepting the Terms and Conditions, a confirmation page will appear if your application is successful. Your mio Mobile service will be activated in 1 working day.

8.  A confirmation message will be sent to your phone together with your mio Mobile service password. To change your password, please call 6333 6622 when your mio Mobile service is activated after 1 working day.
