B. Eligibility |
| Who is eligible for mio Plan Recontract? |
| mio Plan recontract is open to all existing mio Plan customers with less than 12 months balance contract period. |
| I have less than 12 months contract balance on a 24 months contract. Am I eligible for a handset upgrade? |
| Yes, you will be able to recontract mio Plan (for 24 months) and enjoy a handset upgrade at a CI2 pricing. |
| I have less than 12 months contract balance on a 30 months contract. Am I eligible for a handset upgrade? |
| Yes, you will be able to recontract mio Plan to a 24 months contract (instead of 30 months unless otherwise stated) and enjoy a handset upgrade at CI2 pricing. |
| I have more than 12 months contract balance on a 30 months contract. Am I eligible for a handset upgrade? |
| No, the eligibility for recontract of mio Plan is less than 12 months contract balance even for a 30 months contract. Therefore, you are also not eligible for the handset upgrade. |
| How will I know if I am eligible for mio Plan recontract? Will I receive any notification when I am eligible? |
| You can check your eligibility via any Hello! stores, selected SERs, mio Plan Hotline (1688) or the Generation mio website at www.singtel.com/mio . If you choose to sign up mio Plan at any Hello! Stores or selected SERs, you will be given a Sales & Agreement form to indicate that you have signed up mio Plan price plan. If you call in to mio Plan Hotline or website and choose to sign up, a representative will fax the Sales & Agreement form to your designated address for you to sign. |

| I am currently on a 24 months contract. What is the contractual period that I must recontract to? |
| You will have to be contracted for another period of 24 months (unless otherwise stated). During this period, you will be serving 2 contracts concurrently should you have any remaining contract balance on your existing contract. |
| I have currently on a 30 months contract. What is the contractual period that I must recontract to? |
| You will have to be contracted for another period of 24 months instead of 30 months (Unless otherwise stated). During this period, you will be serving 2 contracts concurrently should you have any remaining contract balance on your existing contract. |
| Can I recontract my mio Plan and do a change in plan for both Mobile and Broadband services within my mio Plan? |
| Yes, you can do a change in plan for both Mobile and Broadband services in your existing mio Plan. Please refer to Change of Plan Section for more details. In cases of downgrade, downgrading charges apply. |
| Can I recontract my mio Plan and do a change in plan for the Mobile service within my mio Plan? |
| Yes, you can change only your Mobile service within your existing mio Plan. Please refer to Change of Plan Section for more details. In cases of downgrade, downgrading charges apply. |
| Can I recontract my mio Plan and do a change in plan for the Broadband service within my mio Plan? |
| Yes, you can change only your Broadband service in your existing mio Plan. Please refer to Change of Plan Section for more details. In cases of downgrade, downgrading charges apply. |
| When I recontract my mio Plan can I still enjoy my existing free VAS/s (eg. Caller ID, AutoRoam)? |
| You will enjoy the free VAS/s bundled with your mio Plan at the point of sign-up. However, if there are other VAS/s you wish to subscribe, you can apply for the additional VAS/s during application. |
| I am currently enjoying free promotional VAS/s on my current mio Plan. Can I still enjoy those free VAS/s when I recontract my mio Plan? |
Yes, you will continue enjoy these free VAS/s for the duration of the contract in which they have been offered for. Free Vas/s however will cease when the duration of the contract runs out.
For Example,

Customer sign up for mio Plan contract 1 which gives a free VAS A for 24 mths. Customer re-contracts mio Plan at the 12th month of mio Plan contract 1. The new mio Plan contract 2 offers VAS B for 24 months. Therefore, customer will enjoy free VAS A + VAS B for months 12-24. VAS A will cease at 24th month and customer will only enjoy the free VAS B for months 24-36. |
| I am currently on a mio Plan with a premium top-up option. Will I have to continue with my top-up payments? |
| Yes. During the recontracted period, you will be concurrently serving your existing contract as well as your new contract. As your premium top-up is tied to your 1st contract, you will continue to pay for the top-up option till your 1st contract runs out. |
| Can I recontract mio Plan without upgrading my handset? |
| No. A handset upgrade is required for mio Plan recontract and the handset has to be purchased on the spot. |
D. Termination |
| Is there any termination penalty for pre-mature termination of price plan? What will be the penalty for termination price plan when there is an existing equipment contract? |
Yes, there will be pre-mature termination penalty if you terminate your mio Plan Price Plan before your contract ends. You will be charged the mio Plan termination fee for each of your mio Plan contracts (eg. After you recontract, you may be charged 2x termination fees if you terminate during the overlapping contract period). Please refer to table below for the termination fees.

| Are there additional charges for the premiums (payment via top-up option) if I terminate my mio Plan? |
| You would have to pay all remaining top-up amounts for the premiums during termination. This can be calculated by: Top-Up Amount x Number of remaining months |
E. Change of Plans (mio Plan) |
| Can I change my plan at the point of recontract? |
| Yes, you may change your plan at any point of your contract. Downgrading charges apply. |
| Does the owner of the mio Plan have to be there personally for recontract and change of plan? |
| The owner of mio Plan has to be present for recontract and to change their plans. |
| What happen if I upgrade/ downgrade within the same or between different mio Plan groups? |
You will pay a downgrade charge, depending on your plan. If you downgrade your plan during the term of the contract, downgrade charges apply. Actual charges will be calculated based on the following formula: (Downgrade charge รท Contract Period) x Number of Remaining Months (including the month in which termination occurs)

| Can I change my plan at any point of time? |
| You are allowed to change your mio Plan at any time. If change of plans involves downgrading, downgrading charges apply. |
| I have recontracted to mio Plan but after 6 months, I do not wish to bundle my services together and wish to debundle mio Plan but I still want to keep all 3 services. Can I do that? |
| You may debundle your mio Plan but still keep all 3 services. The 3 services will be changed to default list rates. |
