1. Only applicable to Customers whose last handset upgrade was at least twelve (12) months ago for a twenty four (24) month contract or eighteen (18) months ago for a thirty (30) month contract. 2. When the mio Plan is re-contracted, all 3 services (mobile, broadband & telephony) within the mio Plan are deemed to be re-contracted as part of mio Plan. 3. Registration fee (at prevailing rates) will be waived unless otherwise stated. 4. The Minimum Subscription Period is twenty four (24) months unless otherwise stated. Early termination charges (ETC) apply if the mio Plan is terminated before the expiry of the Minimum Subscription Period by the Customer for any reason whatsoever or by SingTel Mobile as a consequence of any breach by the Customer of any of the obligations or duties of the Customer. 5. Trade-in is available only with eligible handset models specified by participating merchants. There shall be no refund of balance if trade-in value is higher than the offered price of the handset. The trade-in GSM mobile phone, original battery and charger must be in good physical and working condition. The participating merchants reserve the right to reject any trade-in at their absolute discretion. SingTel Mobile makes no representation as to the quality of goods, stock availability and services provided by the participating merchants and participating merchants?terms and conditions shall apply. 6. Handset vouchers can be used for re-contracting subject to the individual voucher terms & conditions. 7. This offer is available through SingTel’s delivery service (within Singapore only) through SingTel Mobile’s appointed delivery agent. The phone is to be delivered to an address furnished by the Customer. The specified estimated delivery times are indicative only and no guarantee is made by SingTel and/or the delivery agent that an order will be delivered within the specified time. For cash payment, the exact amount has to be made upon delivery. First (1st) delivery is free, in the event that subsequent deliveries are required, delivery charge of $8 per trip will be levied. For any cancellation of orders, a cancellation fee of $30 will be levied.
8. For Customers upgrading broadband speed or mobile plans of their mio Plan, please refer to upgrading policy as stated in the mio Plan Specific Terms & Conditions at www.singtel.com/mio 9. A downgrade penalty (at prevailing rates) will be levied if the Customer wishes to downgrade either the mobile or the broadband service within the mio Plan contractual period. Please refer to downgrading policy as stated in the mio Plan Specific Terms & Conditions at www.singtel.com/mio 10. Wireless@SG offers up to 512kbps download speed and up to 256kbps upload speed and is FREE from 1 December 2006 to 31 December 2009. 11. Passwords given to the Customer are the sole responsibility of the Customer. SingTel Mobile shall not be responsible for the loss, damage or third-party abuse of passwords. 12. SingTel Mobile reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. 13. mio Plan Specific Terms & Conditions shall apply.
