Activation of Voicemail
All hi!Card/ hello!Mobile Card customers can activate Voicemail service on their SIM cards at
no monthly subscription.
Pre-requisites

Owns a valid and
non-expired SingTel Mobile GSM900/GSM1800 hi!Card/ hello!Mobile
Card with a minimum balance of $0.10 in their accounts at the point
of application. |
To activate VoiceMail service

Step 2 You will receive an SMS with a list of services available. Choose “Options” and “reply” with to apply for
Voicemail service.

Step 3 You will receive an SMS message to acknowledge receipt of your application. |
Charges
|
|
Successful
activation of voicemail via is chargeable at $0.10 and will be deducted from
your hi!Card/ hello!Mobile Card account. Please note that you must
have a minimum account balance of $0.10 before you are eligible to
apply for Voicemail service. |

Voicemail box will be removed when the hi!Card/ hello!Mobile Card account has expired. |
