hi!Card/ hello!Mobile Card customers can now opt to change their default language to either English or Mandarin. For all new hi!Cards/ hello!Mobile Cards, the language is set to English by default.

Pre-requisites
hi!Card/ hello!Mobile Card subscribers must have a non-expired account with sufficient balance to activate the transaction (ie $0.00).

Change Language
	Step 1 Press .
	Step 2 You will receive an SMS with a list of services available. Choose “Options” and “reply” with  to apply for a voicemail.
	Step 3 You will receive an SMS with the option of changing your preferred language to English or Mandarin. Choose “Options” and “reply” with  to change to Mandarin.
	Step 4 You will receive an SMS message to acknowledge receipt of your application.
	Step 5 You will receive another SMS message notifying you that your language has been changed successfully.
