Prepaid Card Balance

hi!Card/ hello!Mobile Card customers can now opt to check their account balance using *SEND.

Pre-requisites
hi!Card/ hello!Mobile Card subscribers must have a non-expired account.
 
To check balance:

 		 Step 2
You will receive an SMS with a list of services available. Choose “Options” and “reply” with  to enquire about your prepaid card balance.

 		 Step 3
You will receive an SMS with a list of services available. Choose "Options" and "reply" with to check your card balance.

 		 Step 4
You will receive an SMS message to acknowledge receipt of your application.

 		 Step 5
You will receive an SMS message that will inform you the remaining hi!Card/ hello!Mobile Card balance.

To activate balance announcement:
 

 		 Step 1

You will receive an SMS with a list of services available. Choose “Options” and “reply” with .

 		 Step 3
You will receive an SMS message that allows you to check your card balance or to activate/ deactivate your balance announcement before each call. Choose "Options" and "reply" with to activate your balance announcement.

 		 Step 4
You will receive an SMS message to acknowledge receipt of your application.

 		 Step 5
You will receive an SMS message that will inform you the balance announcement has been turned on.

To deactivate balance announcement:


 		 Step 1
Press .

 		 Step 2
You will receive an SMS with a list of services available. Choose “Options” and “reply” with .

You will receive an SMS message that allows you to check your card balance or to activate/ deactivate your balance announcement before each call. Choose "Options" and "reply" with to deactivate your balance announcement.

 		 Step 4
You will receive an SMS message to acknowledge receipt of your application.

 		 Step 5
You will receive an SMS message that will inform you the balance announcement has been turned off.
