Email Clients Configuration

There have been some routing issues affecting SingNet 'pop' accounts causing difficulty in downloading email in China. We have identified that it was caused by China ISP Servers not being able to resolve the host name.

In view of the above, please change your "incoming mail server (POP3)" in your Email Client into IP address - 165.21.103.210 instead of 'pop.singnet.com.sg' hostname, when you are roaming in China.
