What is SingTel Prepaid Mobile Free Incoming Call Plan about? |
|
With effect from 1st July 2005 onwards, all SingTel Prepaid mobile customers are able to enjoy on-demand Free Incoming Call on their prepaid cards. |

How do I subscribe to the Free Incoming Call Plan? |
|
You need to key *1300 and ‘SEND’ via your SingTel Prepaid Mobile to subscribe on demand. Upon confirmation a subscription fee of 60 ¢ will be deducted from your prepaid mobile account. There is no need to purchase a new SingTel Prepaid Mobile Card to enjoy the on-demand Free Incoming Call Plan. |

Will I be charged for incoming calls if I am on the Free Incoming Call Plan? |

You will not be charged any airtime rates for incoming calls if you have successfully subscribed to the on-demand Free Incoming Call Plan. However, daily deduction of $0.60 will apply.
To continue enjoying the on-demand Free Incoming Call Plan, you must maintain a minimum value of 60 ¢ in your prepaid mobile account. If your prepaid mobile account falls below 60 ¢, you will not be able to receive any incoming calls. |

Will I be charged for outgoing calls if I am on the Free Incoming Call Plan? |

Yes, you will be charged for all outgoing calls at the local airtime rate of 8¢/min anytime except for weekdays (Mon to Fri) 8am to 7.59pm, local airtime is chargeable at 16¢, for local outgoing calls and the relevant IDD rates for any international calls. If you have subscribed to the on-demand Free Incoming Call Plan on your hi!Card, your SMS rate remains at 5¢ per local SMS and 15¢ per global SMS. If you have subscribed to the on-demand Free Incoming Call Plan on your hello!Mobile Card, your SMS rate remains at 10¢ per local SMS and 15¢ per global SMS If you have subscribed to the on-demand Free Incoming Call Plan on your Kababayan Card, your SMS rate remains at 5¢ per local SMS, 15¢ per global SMS and 5¢ per global SMS to Globe Telecom subscribers. |

If I am on the Free Incoming Call Plan but have not received any incoming calls today, will I still be charged for the daily deduction of 60¢? |

Yes, the daily deduction of 60¢ still applies. |

Who is eligible to enjoy the Free Incoming Call Plan? |
|
All new and existing SingTel Prepaid Mobile customers are eligible to enjoy the on-demand Free Incoming Calls Plan if they have subscribed to the plan.
This includes all new and existing prepaid customers on hi!Card, hello!Mobile Card and Kababayan Card. Free Incoming calls are not applicable to SUPER HOT$128 and BONUS $30 value. |

If I do a top up on my prepaid mobile card, will I still be on the Free Incoming Call Plan? |

Yes, you will continue to enjoy the free incoming calls as long as you are on the on-demand Free Incoming Call Plan. |

Can I terminate my Free Incoming Call Plan? |
|
You can terminate your Free Incoming Call Plan by keying *1301 'SEND'. Upon successful termination, a fee of $1.53 will be deducted from your prepaid mobile account. |

Is Free Incoming Call Plan applicable when I am roaming overseas? |
|
Free Incoming calls feature is only applicable to calls received in Singapore. It is not applicable to roaming calls. |
