1. What is Global Broadband Roaming?
It is a new global roaming service that offers high-speed broadband connections when accessing the Internet while overseas. Subscribers can access the Internet wirelessly via "hotspots" at various locations - such as hotels, airports, convention centres and places frequented by travellers. Alternatively, a SingNet subscriber can access the Internet while overseas via wired broadband access points at selected hotels.

2. How is it different from the current Global Roaming?
The current Global Roaming offers subscribers Internet access at 56Kbps speeds via an analog modem. The new broadband roaming offers wired and wireless Internet access at 128Kbps bandwidth and above with greater convenience at selected wireless hotspot locations and hotels around the world.

3. How do I register for this service?
No registration is needed. If you are an existing SingNet dial-up or Broadband subscriber, all you need to do is to download the iPassConnect version 3.5 dialer.

If you are using the older versions of iPassConnect, please download the latest client .
