The SingTel Youth Buddies Terms And Conditions

1. SingTel Youth Buddies is a referral programme which is open to all existing SingTel Mobile subscribers who participated in the referral programme before 31 December 2009.
2. The referrer has to be an existing SingTel subscriber who registered on www.singtel.com/buddies in order to qualify to win the grand prize.
3. The referrer will enjoy $20 shopping voucher when the referee has successfully signs up for a new or recontracts a SingTel Mobile Youth Plan before 31 December 2009.
4. All particulars of the referrer and referee must be accurate in order to qualify for the grand prizes.
5. There are no limits to the number of referrals that each registered referrer may make.
6. The prizes shall be non-transferable, non-exchangable and non-redeemable for cash, credit of kind.
7. SingTel Mobile reserves the right to subsitute the prizes or any one of them with other items of equal or similar value without prior notice and without assigning any reason therefore.
8. SingTel Mobile reserves the right to request for proof of identity and/or eligibility and to verify the same prior to collection of the prizes.
9. In the event a winner fails to collect any of the prizes, the prizes maybe forfeited at SingTel Mobile’s absolute discretion. In the event of such forfeiture, SingTel Mobile may in it’s absolute discretion award another winner to determine a replacement winner.
10. The names of the winners will be published on the website. All winners will be notified via SMS and/or email. SingTel Mobile shall have the right to publish names and/or testimonials of the winners in its promotion materials without prior consent of the winners.
11. SingTel Mobile, it’s advertising agencies and/or business partners shall not at any time be responsible or be held liable for any loss, injury, damage or incurred by any person arising from or in connection with this promotion and/or the prizes.
12. SingTel Mobile shall not be responsible for any problems, technical malfunction or unavailability whatsoever (including but not limited to the website and/or any tool kit communications options) which may affect the referral process or the draw in any way (including but not limited to access of the subscribers or the referred persons to the website, the number of referred persons submitted by the subscribers and/or the registration of details by the subscribers or referred persons).
13. All existing terms and conditions of SingTel Mobile and its group of companies shall apply in addition to these SingTel Youth Buddies terms. The winners also agree to be bound by any terms and conditions imposed by third parties in relation to the prizes.
14. All costs associated with participating in this promotion shall be borne by the subscribers and referred persons and all prevailing rates and charges of SingTel Mobile shall apply.
15. The decision of SingTel Mobile on all matters relating to this promotion shall be final, conclusive and is binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
16. SingTel Mobile reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or discontinue the promotion at any time without prior notice and without any liability whatsoever.
17. $50 off any handset purchase is applicable for customers who are successfully referred.
18. SingTel Mobile reserves the right to alter, modify, add to or otherwise vary these SingTel Youth Buddies terms from time to time in such manner as SingTel Mobile deems appropriate. The subscribers and the referred persons shall be bound by the terms and conditions so amended.
19. By participating in the promotion, the subscriber and the referred persons agree to be bound by these SingTel Youth Buddies terms as well as any decision of SingTel Mobile.
